“My girls have taken dance a lot through the years, but mostly with clinics here and there, but this year we gave dancing with a company throughout an entire year a go. My oldest made one of the competition teams. She was mesmerizing to watch, and she was awarded most improved dancer. They made sure we understood that it didn’t mean that the most improved started off bad, just that they took where they started from and increased the most. Every time I watched their second number, Doorway to Heaven, I was moved to tears. It was so incredibly beautiful. Their Diamond number was so fun and flirty! My youngest was just too cute in her mini group. It was fun to have several of her school friends in her class too. This was a year of learning and growth for her. She absolutely loved it. They both got to go perform at Knott’s Berry Farm! We love Freestyle Dance Co. It has been the best experience with good clean choreography, music, and costuming. Thank you, Melanie!
